Abstract
En 中文
• Continuously variable transmission inspires in-layer hetero-material gradient. • In-layer powder docking enables gradient composition via thickness modulation. • Powder sequence decides cooling rates and programmable thermal history. • Crack-free interfaces are achieved through smooth compositional transitions. • Tailored microstructure yields uniform mechanical gradient (MAE ≈ 0.036 GPa)
