Achieving macroscale liquid superlubricity via phytic acid complex-based environmentally friendly lubricants

Abstract
En 中文
• Phytic acid (PA) is widely available and environmentally friendly; at the same time, metal alkaline compounds are low-cost. • The addition of Al(OH)3 can shorten the running-in period required for macroscopic superlubrication to about 7 s. • Due to the shortened running-in time, the wear rate of the glass surface was reduced by 98.3%. • Al3+ forms a complex complex structure with phytic acid, which can help effectively reduce horizontal friction.
