Abstract
En 中文
• pKa-guided design passivates defects in carbon-based CsFA perovskite solar cells. • High-pKa hydantoin offers dual passivation via C=O ⋯ Pb2+ and N–H ⋯ I. • Efficiency enhanced to 14.20% (1 sun) and 30.33% (indoor, 1000 lx). • Scalable cells achieve 10.36% (1 cm2, 1 sun) and 29.38% (indoor). • Better interfacial energetics and defect suppression give 87% stability retention.
