Abstract
En 中文
• BeC monolayers for detecting SF6/N2 decomposition gases were studied. • Selective adsorption of gases modulates the electronic and optical properties of BeC. • BeC as resistance-type sensors for HF, SO2F2, H2S, and NO detection at room temperature. • BeC as disposable sensors for SO2 and NO2 detection due to strong chemisorption. • Moisture significantly affects adsorption behaviors and sensing performance.
