Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Prenatal depression affected 39.8% of pregnant women in Mongolia. • ACEs strongly predicted prenatal depression even after controlling for covariates. • 73.6% reported at least one ACE, with childhood poverty most common (30.6%). • PACEs were highly prevalent (97.8%) but did not moderate ACEs effects. • Intimate partner violence doubled the risk of prenatal depression.
