Abstract
En 中文
• The effect of age on motor learning, MRS GABA, and TMS-EEG response was quantified. • Age effects on motor learning capacity and sensorimotor neurophysiology co-occur. • Neurophysiology does not mediate age-related simple/complex motor learning decline. • Motor task complexity modulates neurophysiology - motor learning relationships. • GABA at rest predicts simple learning, task-related GABA predicts reactivity.
