• Proposes AM-A2C, an attention–augmented A2C scheduler for cloud data centers. • Uses action mutation to expand policy exploration and avoid local convergence. • Jointly normalizes energy, latency, and load balance for controllable trade-offs. • On Alibaba traces, reduces energy by up to 4.1% while keeping Rload < 0.3.
