Abstract

• A defect detection method for photovoltaic surfaces with fine cracks and multiple defects is proposed. • Mamba based on SSM is first applied to PV cell detection to improve long-range dependencies defect feature extraction. • Additive interaction integrates spatial and channel information to improve key-area detection performance. • By combining frequency domain enhancement and Mamba, the model's ability to perceive subtle defects is enhanced.
