Function Secret Sharing (FSS) has emerged as a promising cryptographic tool that enables highly efficient computation while preserving privacy, making it especially suited for scenarios demanding both robust protection and performance. From this, the paper introduces a private signaling protocol that leverages FSS to address the high computational and storage overhead problems of existing systems. Our protocol optimizes server storage through FSS-based key management and combines secret-sharing shuffling with mathematical operations to compress retrieved signals, thereby drastically reducing communication overhead. Experimental analyses demonstrate that the proposed protocol achieves dual operational improvements: computational efficiency gains exceeding three orders of magnitude (from hour-scale to millisecond-range server processing), and simultaneous realization of linear system scalability.
