Abstract

• A novel decentralized framework for bilevel energy community management is proposed. • Original bilevel REC problem is reformulated into a fully separable QP structure. • A tailored ADMM with Nesterov acceleration ensures rapid and stable convergence. • Real -time feasibility is validated on low -power embedded microcontrollers. • The approach reduces total energy costs by 16% through shared energy maximization.
