• An electronic-switched cascade mechanism is established for independent H2S/HClO sensing. • Synchronous dual-channel imaging unveils dual-directional redox remodeling during ER stress. • NIR emission enables high-contrast in vivo tracking of ER stress in liver fibrosis.
