• A computational framework to model the nonlinear multi-field coupling in three-dimensional PSCs is proposed. • NURBS are used for exact geometry and field approximation, ensuring the required C¹ continuity. • The effects of the flexoelectric coefficient, internal length scale, and initial carrier concentration on the electromechanical response is systematically explored.
