Abstract
En 中文
In this paper we propose a secure voting scheme that reduces the cryptographic and communication requirements ill comparison with other schemes which have been presented. No special communication channels are needed, and therefore it call be easily implemented on any existing computer network. Secret and authentic communications are established between voters and the algorithms participating in the scheme. The ballot is administered by an election board that uses a secret sharing scheme among its members. Privacy of ballots is guaranteed by randomly spreading them into suitable sequences oi values. Our scheme meets the commonly accepted security requirements and does not impose restrictions on voter behaviour. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd
