• Human-robot collaborative scheduling problem for aircraft moving assembly lines. • The objective function is to minimize assembly time, human load, and assembly cost. • Proposed ISAC with innovative state, action, and reward designs. • ISAC is compared with three mainstream reinforcement learning algorithms on 3 case scales. • ISAC surpasses all benchmarks, with IGD⁺ showing over 90% maximum improvement.
