• Multi-scale UMD-Net is proposed for accurate liver tumor segmentation. • Uncertain Boundary Reinforcement (UBR) enhances boundary region discriminability. • Key Feature Preservation (KFP) module mitigates local feature loss from the encoder. • Multi-scale Dynamic Awareness (MDA) module adaptively extracts and fuses features.
