• It integrates anatomically and metabolically guided 1H and 23Na MRI within a DIP-Fusion framework to robustly denoise sodium images. • It achieves superior robustness to high undersampling factors (USF) compared to conventional DIP methods and state-of-the-art approaches, across both SoS and ADC reconstructions. • It produces high-quality sodium MRI reconstructions with a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and preserved structural fidelity, even with highly undersampled data. • It enables reduced scan times while maintaining clinically relevant image quality, thus supporting the more practical clinical application of 23Na MRI.
