Abstract
En 中文
GaN:ZnO, a promising visible-light-responsive photocatalyst, was asymmetrically decorated with a ZnO layer on one side of each particle, enabling vectorial electron transport. This anisotropic architecture enhances charge separation and markedly improves photocatalytic water-splitting activity compared to both isotropically modified and bare GaN:ZnO samples.
