Antigen Presentation: Visualizing the MHC Class I Peptide-Loading Bottleneck
DOI:10.1016/j.cub.2017.11.059.png)
Abstract
En 中文
The peptide-loading complex is a bottleneck in antigen presentation by major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecules. While the structures of its individual components were known, the recent report of the 7.2 angstrom structure of the entire complex now fits them into their functional context, explaining this monumental step in antigen acquisition by MHC class I molecules.
