• Fixed-structure topology keeps bionic contours, cuts T_avg by over 10% and pressure drop by up to 77.7%. • TO-BLV achieves best thermal balance: reduces T_avg over 10% and pressure drop by 48.03% at low flow. • GTO excels at high flow, improving temperature uniformity and minimizing pump power. • Visualization confirms stagnation removal and uniformity enhancement, explaining thermal gains.
