• Ferroelectric local gating induces anisotropy ratio > 200 in isotropic MoS₂. • Fe-PAST achieves on/off ratio 5 × 10⁶ and two tunable synaptic pathways. • Dual-axis fusion boosts noisy image recognition from 37% to 89%. • Enables multitask visual recognition of traffic signs and obstacles in one device.
