Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• A deep pathomics model was developed for postmortem interval estimation. • Multi-organ stacking ensemble integrates liver, kidney, and muscle histology images. • Patch, slide, and individual levels were used to address local-global feature disparity. • Quality control and color normalization enhanced model robustness and generalizability. • The model achieved 87.5% accuracy and 2.25 h MAE on the external test cohort.
