Abstract

• Managing VHD involves the assimilation of a large volume of heterogenous multimodal data, making it difficult for human cognitive capabilities to effectively process and analyze. • Integrating AI in the management of VHD enables clinicians to provide robust personalized management strategies, enhances diagnostic accuracy and decision-making, streamlines clinical workflows, optimizes procedural success, and improves the accuracy of outcome prediction. • Models based on AI algorithms require rigorous validation in multicenter studies to ensure their reliability. Further challenges for the transition to digital health care include concerns about potential bias, data privacy, and limited transparency in AI decision-making.
