• Aspen Plus® RYIELD simulation generates 594 bio-oil compound-group observations. • Six feedstocks span lignocellulosic and non-lignocellulosic biomass categories. • XGBoost surrogate achieves R² = 0.951 for five-group bio-oil and biochar prediction. • Python dashboard enables real-time bio-oil compound screening without re-simulation.
