Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• AOM is estimated to consume about 2.91% of the total CH4 produced in landfills. • Aerobic methanotrophs mainly performed AOM via Fe3+ reduction in studied landfills. • NO2–-N and Fe3+ are key factors affecting pmoA-methanotrophs in landfills. • Total Fe has a positive correlation with active mcrA and microbial community. • Aeration can enhance aerobic methanotrophic activity in hypoxic landfill waste.
