Abstract
En 中文
• Fluid management during CRS-HIPEC remains poorly studied. • High fluid volume administered on the day of surgery, including both intraoperative and immediate postoperative periods, was associated with postoperative morbidity. • Intraoperative fluid administration was not significantly associated with postoperative complications. • Careful fluid management should extend into the early postoperative period.
