Abstract
En 中文
• Prompt PDAT was associated with lower 30-day mortality in adults with bacteraemia. • Earlier PDAT was also associated with a lower risk of hospital-onset C. difficile infection. • These associations were consistent across clinically relevant subgroups. • Early transition to PDAT may support antimicrobial stewardship in bacteraemia care.
