Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Examined 32 features derived from 16 climate extreme indicators in relation to changes in subjective well-being in China. • A longer growing season was associated with a decline in happiness over time in multilevel models. • Change in daily temperature range was the most important climate feature in random forest models. • Nonlinear analyses revealed additional climate-related patterns beyond multilevel models.
