Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• activPAL quantified total SB, breaks, and bout duration. • Each extra SB hour/day was linked to higher odds of high allostatic load. • More SB breaks/hour were linked to lower odds of high allostatic load. • Mean SB bout duration was not associated with high allostatic load. • Interventions should test whether changing SB/breaks lowers allostatic load.
