Abstract
En 中文
Diffraction of atomic and molecular beams is a powerful tool to unravel both surface structure and the dynamics of the gas-surface interaction. In this article the connection between the two subsequent articles is made in which diffractive methods have been described for fast inert atoms and slow reactive. In this short overview paper the similarities and dissimilarities of the two methods are discussed. (C) 2011 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
