• Develop space object spin state catalog framework using averaged attitude dynamics. • Estimate inertial spin rate, axis, and external torque coefficients using light curve spin rates. • Converge on simulated truth in 1 year with sparse spin rates and no prior object knowledge. • For real Telstar 401 measurements, obtain solution consistent with independent radar data.
