• Immunosuppression increased CLABSI risk over six-fold in catheterized patients • Each additional catheter day independently raised infection odds by3% • Klebsiella pneumoniae predominated; Pseudomonas and Candida rose during the pandemic • CLABSI risk did not increase in the pandemic period when infection controls were maintained • Carbapenem and quinolone resistance exceeded 16% and 32% among ESKAPE pathogens
