Abstract

• BphA-expressing whole cells converted PACs into electroactive products. • Biphenyl and carbazole were detected via hydroxylated redox-active products. • A miniaturized rGO/CG-modified SPE platform was constructed. • Single and mixed biphenyl/carbazole quantification was achieved. • The platform enabled sensitive detection in real environmental samples.
