• BPF correlates positively with renal dysfunction markers and accelerates renal biological aging in U.S. adults. • BPF is significantly positively correlated with accelerated renal BA and has the highest weight in bisphenol mixtures. • BPF induces dose-dependent renal senescence in rats, exerting stronger effects than equivalent doses of BPA. • BPF primarily induces cellular senescence in RTECs. • The mtDNA/cGAS/STING signaling pathway mediates BPF-induced senescence in human RTECs.
