Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• A scalable and durable acoustic responsive material (ARM) is proposed. • Microcavity array is designed to amplify the Bjerknes force. • The Bjerknes force-driven mechanism shows fast response and precise control. • A membrane sealing the microcavity enhances long-term durability and robustness. • The ARM shows biocompatible and wireless potentials for biomedical soft robotics.
