Abstract

• Binder-free CuCo2O4@CoFe-LDH core–shell electrocatalyst grown on Ni foam. • CuCo2O4–CoFe-LDH synergy enables fast OER kinetics with 343 mV overpotential. • CuCo2O4@CoFe-LDH/NF shows stable OER performance over 50 h operation. • 3D binder-free architecture ensures efficient charge transport and durability.
