Abstract
En 中文
• B couples with heat input in 1000 MPa steel, optimal CGHAZ at ∼10 ppm B, 35 kJ/cm. • B elevates Ac1/Ac3 and lowers Ms./Mf, enhancing steel hardenability. • B segregates at grain boundaries, refining austenite grains and pinning precipitates. • B weakens bainite variant selection, raising HAGB density for crack resistance.
