Abstract
En 中文
• Novel Bradyrhizobium strains isolated from Lupinus luteus and Retama dasycarpa root nodules. • Genomic thresholds unmet (ANI 88.4%, dDDH 34%) vs closest relatives in Bradyrhizobium. • 81-core-gene phylogeny places strains in distinct, highly supported lineage. • LLZ17T genome consist in 7.8 Mbp chromosome (63.19% GC) with nif/nod symbiosis genes. • Bradyrhizobium zaerense sp. nov. (type strain LLZ17T) is proposed as a new species.
