• Temperature-frequency 3D dielectric model enables unified description of spectra across different temperatures. • A broadband dielectric spectrum that fully captures four distinct processes is reconstructed. • The conduction process exhibits pronounced low-frequency dispersion (s≈0.93). • Broadened loss peaks propose three non-Debye relaxation polarization processes. • The dielectric parameters and their temperature dependences reveal the physical mechanisms of multiple processes.
