Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• The Capacity of lithium-ion batteries is estimated via an aging-invariant property of the relationship between the open circuit voltage and the state of charge (OCV-SOC). • The OCV-SOC curves are shown to be nearly invariant across battery aging when the SOC is calculated with the calibrated capacity. • Validation using OCV test data and dynamic discharge data exhibits high accuracy of the developed approach for capacity estimation.
