Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
Traditional osteoarthritis (OA) treatments, including systemic or oral medications, often face limitations such as poor joint targeting, fast clearance, and systemic side effects. Thermoresponsive hydrogel-based systems provide an injectable method for locally and sustainably releasing medication while also offering mechanical support. This approach can mimic some physical features of the cartilage extracellular matrix and provide a supportive local environment for localized anti-inflammatory therapy.
