Abstract

Accurate characterization of pulmonary blood flow is critical in patients with major aortopulmonary collaterals (MAPCAs). Although computed tomography (CT) has been shown to be accurate in delineating MAPCAs, its ability to differentiate between single- versus dual-supply MAPCAs is unclear. We investigated whether CT is non-inferior to angiography in discriminating single- versus dual-supply MAPCAs, while assessing procedural characteristics and outcomes.
