Abstract
En 中文
• A Myh6-Cre/hM4Di mouse enables selective, time-controlled Gi activation in cardiomyocytes. • Cardiomyocyte Gi activation confers cytoprotection under adrenergic stress. • Gi activation in cardiomyocytes limits CCR2+ monocyte recruitment, with mechanisms yet to be defined. • Cardiomyocyte Gi activation emerges as a targeted strategy to halt adrenergic injury.
