• GVs-E.coli exhibit distinct spectral signatures compared to conventional UCAs. • Stable cavitation (1.6 MPa) and inertial cavitation (2.2 MPa) thresholds were identified. • A critical concentration threshold of OD=1.0 enables effective cavitation. • Stable and inertial cavitation show distinct dependence on acoustic pressure and bacterial concentration.
