Abstract
En 中文
• Antibiotics are administered prior to caesarean delivery to reduce infection. • Women were randomised to receive cefazolin or placebo prior to caesarean. • We compared the microbiome of breastmilk samples from the two groups. • There was no major dysbiosis from cefazolin exposure. • Demonstrable change in microbial maturation requires study in bigger numbers.
