Cell Micropatterning Method Using Indium-Tin-Oxide Patterned Microarray Chip
DOI:10.1016/j.aca.2026.345841.png)
Abstract
En 中文
• A novel cell micropatterning method using an indium–tin–oxide (ITO) microarray chip and UVC irradiation was proposed to overcome limitations of the conventional chemical coating-based method. • Selective UVC shielding by patterned ITO enabled precise formation of independent cell layers while maintaining cell viability and preventing intercellular contact across gaps. • The method offers high versatility, simple operation without specialized equipment, and compatibility with diverse cell types and surface coatings, enabling robust and reproducible cell patterning.
