Abstract

• ClNF@ZIF-11 composite was prepared for dopamine sensing for the very first time. • Entrapment of ClNF inside ZIF-11 cage was confirmed from characterizations results. • Electrochemical results showed good detection limit and wide linear range. • Real sample analysis in human samples exhibited significant recovery percentages.
