Abstract

En 中文
This work carried out a bibliometric study to identify the advantages of centralized public procurement. A sample of 25 articles was selected using the Knowledge Development Process-Constructivist (ProKnow-C) methodology. The results point to the predominance of Brazilian and European academic production, especially in the last five years. Mainly since 2020, influenced by public actions to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. Bibliographic production focused on periodicals related to supply management, sustainability, administration, and public management. There is a need to develop empirical research to investigate the main benefits and strategic use of centralization in the field of Public Procurement.
