Certificateless ring signcryption can guarantee the unconditional anonymity of signcrypter, and can realize the confidentiality and unforgeability at the same time. However, the certificateless ring signcryption based on traditional cryptosystem cannot resist the quantum computing attacks. In view of this, we propose certificateless multivariable ring signcryption scheme (CL-MRSCS) with anti-quantum, whose security relies on the hardness of multivariate quadratic (MQ) problem and isomorphism of polynomials (IP) problem. CL-MRSCS satisfies the unconditional anonymity, confidentiality and unforgeability; in addition, it has high computation efficiency and is suitable for applications in electronic election system and electronic cash system.
