• An Ir nanocomposite with outstanding photoelectric response performance was constructed. • The dCas13a system was innovatively applied for the first time to simultaneous precise detection of multiple miRNAs. • Signal amplification was achieved by combining Ir nanocomposite with long double-stranded nucleic acid chain. • A chain-based precision amplification biosensor was developed for simultaneous detection of multiple miRNAs.
