Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Street canyons raised NO2 by ≥ 5 μg m−3 on 5.97% of roads. • Canyon-induced NO2 hotspots clustered in four dense urban districts. • Hotspots were linked to higher H/W ratios and street symmetry. • Mean hotspot increments were higher in winter than summer (13.34 vs 8.82 μg m−3). • Winter canyon impacts exposed 184,389 residents to ≥1% extra health risk.
